We popped up to Llandow Race Circuit on Saturday to see what was going on.
There was a club track day running with a large number of Caterhams, various tuned up roadcars and even a Noble.
You basically get to run timed laps around this historic circuit – one out-lap, one timed fast lap and then an in-lap. Depending on how busy it is then you get multiple runs for a fixed price. The days are run by different car clubs and you have to belong to a club to take part.
Quite good for spectators though – well worth a visit on a Saturday. The track is normally closed on Sundays to give the long suffering local residents a break from the noise!
